Favorite Song Right Now: “Imagine,” right now and probably forever. My other favorites are “Englishman in New York” and “My Way” (not the French translation, “Comme d’habitude”).

The alarm clock desperately tries to wake me up at 6:45 a.m., but it’s not my style to be bossed around by a machine! My day starts at 7 a.m. I spend the first hour with my family doing morning things and kissing goodbye around 20 times before each of us goes his/her own way (I am the only proud representative of the male gender in my family).

When I head to work, I start the day with a meeting and usually have several more throughout the day. Each morning, the first meeting is at 8:30 a.m. and focuses on the ongoing transitions of two new clients to our centralized shared services. In my job, there is no real difference between mornings and afternoons. Sometimes I have conference calls with American colleagues, so my afternoon is their morning.
After work, I go home to my family. Did I mention my fantastic wife Sarah and our little girls (Zia, six, and Lilou, seven)? They get the first part of my evening. The second part usually involves either gardening, reading or a bit of work…followed by an extremely sudden collapsing-to-bed phase.

I joined CTG Luxembourg almost 19 years ago. We were 30 employees then, and now we are around 500! I would point out the variety and “freedom of creativity” we have within the company. We always have many excellent job opportunities available. In our centralized managed services structure, we constantly have the opportunity to design and launch new solutions and to restructure our teams according to the needs of our community of clients. This makes CTG a company where there is always an exciting challenge around the corner.
