Vandaag stellen we jullie graag voor aan Jeroen en Rob, twee medical software consultants met een gemengde passie voor gezondheid en IT. Een passie die bovendien zeer waardevol is gebleken tijdens diverse implementatietrajecten van een elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD).

In zo’n implementatietraject gaan zij samen met onze klanten op zoek naar de meest efficiënte werkprocessen en de vertaling hiervan binnen het EPD. Dankzij hun kennis van en ervaring met de werkprocessen van een ziekenhuis kunnen zij nuttig deskundig advies verstrekken aan zorgprofessionals en ook aan applicatiebeheerders en IT-medewerkers. Samen met hen en met de leverancier van het EPD streven ze dan ook altijd naar het opleveren van een succesvol geïntegreerde oplossing.

Uiteraard staan onze klanten er nooit alleen voor. Zij kunnen immers steeds een beroep doen op de nodige opleiding, begeleiding en ondersteuning tijdens de opstartfase binnen de verschillende afdelingen. Het spreekt voor zich dat het hebben van goede luister- en communicatievaardigheden, gecombineerd met een stevige portie motivatie een vereiste is om deze trajecten tot een goed einde te brengen.

Today we would like to introduce you to Jeroen and Rob, two medical software consultants with a mixed passion for health and IT. A passion that has proven to be very valuable during various implementation projects of an electronic medical record (EMR).

In such an implementation project, they search, together with our clients, for the most efficient work processes and their translation within the EMR. Thanks to their knowledge of and experience in a hospital's work processes, they can provide useful expert advice to healthcare professionals as well as application managers and IT staff. Together with them and with the supplier of the EMR, they always strive to deliver a successful integrated solution.

Of course, our customers are never alone. They can always call on the necessary training, guidance and support during the start-up phase within the various departments. It goes without saying that having good listening and communication skills, combined with a solid dose of motivation, is a prerequisite to bring these processes to a successful conclusion.
