Why is Niels so keen on Microsoft’s Power Platform?

In his spare time, Niels enjoys spending his time swimming, riding a bike or going for a run. The step to competing in triathlons was therefore a logical result. On a professional level, Niels works as a Microsoft 365 consultant at CTG in Belgium, with a primary focus on the Microsoft Power Platform.

NIELS’ JOURNEY

Niels’ Power Platform journey started several years ago, when he got the chance to start exploring the new platform. Niels was completely hooked from the start. Of course, we were curious to know why! “When I gained a deeper knowledge of the platform by getting Microsoft certifications and working on real-life projects, I started to see all the platform's capabilities to help clients meet their business needs on a short notice. By leveraging the low-code tools provided in the Power Platform, it is easier to translate business processes into solutions that really help our clients, tailored to their specific needs and requirements.

The Power Platform allows us to automate time consuming, repetitive business processes and provides our clients with application interfaces that contain company branding and excellent user experience. Our clients also gain detailed insights on how these solutions are helping their company, what is going on in their organisation and how can they further improve the way of working.”

Is Niels the only one working in Microsoft Power Platform at CTG? “Not at all! At CTG, we have a dedicated team that is specialized in working with the Power Platform. Actually, we see a continuous increase in demand for these types of skillsets. We have a variety of clients who are leveraging solutions built on the Power Platform by CTG, and they really reap the benefits of the increase in productivity and efficiency.”
