ITIL 4 Masterclass - Beyond the Foundation
Last year Eddy Peters, ITIL Evangelist and Principal ITSM Consultant at CTG Belgium, presented a Masterclass on the ITIL 4 fundaments. This introduction on the latest version of ITIL 4, the leading service management framework, attracted over 50 attendees.
Building on that success, we kindly invite you to experience some further interesting points that ITIL 4 has to offer. In four different sessions of 1 hour each, Eddy will dive into each of the specialist core volumes. They all provide additional focus on how to become more effective in enhancing the agile service capability in your organization.
The sessions will again be interactive and will enable participants to ask questions and share experiences. You can either pick the ones that interest you most or attend all of them, that is up to you. The approach is both focused and inclusive. Focused, because each published book targets specific operating domains. Inclusive, because it invites the whole organization to connect, assuring value experience throughout the service lifecycle. All of this for one reason: “Be in a position to put the customer first. Always!”
What & when?
Each session starts at 12 o’clock and takes 1 hour. As the session approaches, you may expect a new email from us with detailed information per session.
- Tuesday 30th August: ITIL 4: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) -- This core volume provides guidance on how to consistently facilitate Collaboration to provide Value Driven Services.
- Thursday 22nd September: ITIL 4: High Velocity IT (HVIT) -- This core volume provides guidance on how to ensure the organization is enabled for speed, in-line with the Users Expectations and Employees Capabilities.
- Thursday 20th October: ITIL 4: Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) -- This core volume provides on guidance how to make a Service–Oriented, Value-Focused organization a reality.
- Wednesday 30th November: ITIL 4: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) -- This core volume provides guidance on how to incorporate marketing capabilities into IT to really understand User Experience and Value Experience.
Last but not least, we are happy to announce that the corresponding ‘ITIL® 4 Specialist - Create, Deliver and Support (CDS)’ training will be organized from 10 to 14 October (4 days).
