CTG performs to the point assessments based on a mutually defined scope. As a result our clients receive ready-to-use recommendations and insight in improvements to strengthen their testing process and further improve the quality of their software products.

CTG has a broad experience at various customers in terms of realizing effective assessments and test improvements. The depth can vary depending on your needs and wishes. It could be a deep dive in one application or a more high-level and broad view across your department or organization.

We focus on three levels:

• Process and Methodology: Implementing the best test methodology or pragmatically adapting to existing methods. Furthermore, CTG has an own generic testing process (STBoX) allowing project managers, test managers and quality managers to plan, design, execute and monitor testing in any project tailored to the needs of a particular project.
  
  
• Tools and Technology: Support on technological aspects such as tool selection advice, implementation, execution or administration to better control all aspects of the SDLC, speed up software testing and reduce testing costs.
  
  
• People and Staffing: Implementing and executing tailored training programs to help people gain the right knowledge and understanding. These include both technical and methodological trainings, on various levels.
