I start my mornings by getting up at 7 a.m. and checking my phone. I answer any messages from my family, who lives in Europe. I work out before getting ready to walk to the office.

At StarDust CTG Group, I support both clients and internal departments. I make sure our teams have what they need to get the job done. On the client side, I identify their business needs in order to formulate, estimate, and develop a plan according to our processes.

Each day, I check my teams’ schedules to make sure that everyone is prepped to allocate their time to our various projects. I also make sure that our clients are not waiting for an answer. In addition, I spend my time supporting the teams when they are stuck on tasks or need help with new tools.

During my seven years at StarDust CTG Group, I’ve evolved professionally and technically. I have occupied different positions, as a tester and project manager. This has prepared me to understand the expectations of everyone. My most outstanding project is probably the one that pushed me to learn and grow beyond my capabilities and surpass my own expectations. It was focused on conducting UX tests, which we had not done in the past. I had to learn to develop my own capabilites in order to deliver an optimal result to the client.

My superpower is communication. I like to be available to help or learn. Everything is about communication. I like to adapt to different audiences to understand what they have to say. Also, I like to use the different tools available to make myself heard and understood.

It is important to think and act quickly as an organization and team because otherwise, a major situation can become critical. For example, if a tool does not work because it is not set up properly, the tests may be delayed. So, I try to find a quick solution to work around or solve the problem and move forward with our tests.

I like to work in a team. Every day at StarDust CTG Group is different. I learn from the people who are here, and I try to teach them what I know as well. If I had one piece of advice, it would be to not hesitate to communicate and open to others. We know different things, but others can give us a lot, too.

In conclusion, I would say that you do not have to be alone to achieve a goal. It is by moving forward together that most people succeed. You must also be ready to make mistakes and not think you are invincible because as Confucius once said, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."
