Exciting times for CTG Europe these past months/years: CTG first acquired Soft Company (Fr) and later Tech-IT (Lux). In March Filip Gydé became President and CEO of the company.

Filip Gydé talks about CTG as a company, and emphasizes its unique culture. 'Others have tried to imitate us, but a culture is created and strengthened over time; a copy and paste is simply impossible,' is how he states it in an interview with Alain de Fooz in Solutions.

Filip Gydé was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective March 1, 2019. Previously he was Executive Vice President, General Manager and President for CTG’s European operations since May 2018. Prior to his EVP role, Filip also held the positions of Managing Director, Belgium and Managing Director, Luxembourg. He joined CTG in 1987.
